Winchester Q4318 is 9mm NATO ammo with a 124-grain FMJ bullet.

These 9x19mm NATO rounds are still 9mm Luger caliber, they’re just a little “hotter” than regular 9mm ammo.

That means you’ll get a little more recoil but some handguns actually run better with the higher pressure. Plus, you’ll be more familiarized with the recoil of a JHP round.
