By placing an order with RBMHC Holdings LLC (dba BulkMunitions), or by providing us with your personal information, you are agreeing to the following Terms of Use in their entirety:
Customer Statement
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I am not currently less than 21 years old.
- I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- I am not an unlawful user of or addicted to any controlled substance.
- I will not conduct an unauthorized export of any ammunition and/or firearm accessories.
- I have never renounced my U.S. citizenship.
- I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any kind.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien or a nonimmigrant alien.
- I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
- By selling and delivering ammunition and/or firearm accessories to me, BulkMunitions is not violating any federal, state or local laws or ordinances.
If any of the above customer statements is untrue at the time of your purchase, you expressly agree that you will release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend BulkMunitions and its owners, agents, officers, employees, service providers or any party Bulkmunitions uses to help facilitate a transaction to a customer, against any resulting civil liability or criminal prosecution.
What Happens When You Order
After your successful purchase, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page. This page means that your card has been charged. We process all cards at the time the order is placed. Once we’ve done the behind the scenes work and have processed the entirety of your order, you’ll then get a confirmation email.
Once our fulfillment center has packed and shipped your order, you’ll get a notification that it is on its way via one of the major shipping carriers, such as FedEx or UPS.
Shipping Liability
You agree that BulkMunitions has no control of your order once it is in the hands of a shipping carrier, such as UPS or FedEx. We sell ammunition and firearm accessories, we are not in the courier industry and currently have no plans to be.
Furthermore, agreeing to our terms entails that the common carrier who delivers that your package to the address specified on the order. As such, you are fully expected to have this information absolutely correct.
Be sure that the carrier can deliver your package in a safe location (and away from any porch pirates).
Proposition 65 Warning
Products sold on this site can expose you to chemicals including lead, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive harm. For more information go to www.p65warnings.ca.gov. You can also call your congressman.
BulkMunitions Loyalty Rewards Club BulkMunitions reserves the right to discontinue the BulkMunitions Loyalty Rewards Club program for any individual or entirely at any time for any reason. If this occurs while you have an active BulkMunitions Loyalty Rewards Club membership, you may request store credit for the prorated amount for the remaining life of your membership, based on the number of rounded-up calendar months remaining till expiration. e.x. If you purchased a Membership for $59 and have 5.5 months left till expiration, we would provide you $29.52 in store credit ($4.92 times 6 months) at your request if we discontinue the program or otherwise cancel your Membership.
Reward Points are issued for loyalty purposes and expire 3 years after they are earned. Reward Points have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rewards Points are “virtual”. There is no money exchanging hands and these points don’t have any value toward goods or services on other websites. They are only redeemable at BulkMunitions.com.
Reward Points are earned only on the price of the products themselves, after any applied discounts or refunds. You will not earn rewards points on additional charges such as shipping and taxes. BulkMunitions may change the amount of Reward Points earned at any time for any reason, including completely doing away with the Reward Points program.
If you cancel an order, you will forfeit any points you otherwise would have earned from that purchase.
BulkMunitions reserves the right to discontinue the rewards points program with a 10-day emailed notice to customers. At that point, no new points will be awarded and free shipping may no longer be provided but customers will receive ample time to spend any points earned.
Returns, Replacements, and Contact Information
Although we are not manufacturers of ammunition or firearm accessories, we’re completely confident in our ability to provide a great product. BulkMunitions only accept replacements or returns on products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your product is damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us immediately at sales@BulkMunitions.com. Alternatively, we can be reached by phone at (855) 588-8918.
After you’ve successfully contacted us, we’ll walk you through the process of returning or replacing your item(s). Should your request be approved, we will either issue a refund or a store credit. The refund could be full or partial, as the situation dictates.
If you feel as if you should be given a refund or a replacement and the product is not defective or damaged, please give us a call at (855) 588-8918 or email us at sales@bulkmunitions.com and tell us all about.
We only allow replacements or requests for returns or replacements within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order. We will never approve a return or request 15 days later.
Pricing
BulkMunitions does our best to price our products at market value. As the market changes so does our pricing. We are not obligated to honor a price that is in print or an error. We reserve the right to adjust product prices as dictated by the market.
Cancellations and Chargebacks
You cannot cancel your order once you have placed it. If you refuse a carrier delivery after you have placed an order, you will be subject to a $30 restocking fee or 10 percent of the entire order, whichever is greater. You will also be charged the entirety of the shipping cost.
The shipping cost to us will be the same that you paid to get the item(s) to you. We will also refuse to refund your money. Instead, you will be awarded a store credit, minus the cost of shipping both ways and our restocking fee.
We will need your correct shipping address to assure the correct delivery of your product. If you provide us with the wrong address, we will have to perform a carrier intercept. This usually isn’t free, and as such, we reserve the right to charge you for what we have paid to the carrier.
If you do not accept this fee, we will consider it a refused delivery. You will then be subject to our terms outlined above.
If you dispute our charges to your credit institution, we will meticulously provide documentation to that institution in order to prove our case. If we do not win this case, we will charge you the same fee that the credit institution charges us to dispute it.
Product Warnings
We want you to be completely safe when using our products. Please review all manufacturer safety warnings prior to receiving the product and once again before you use it.
Release of Liability
You agree that BulkMunitions, its service providers, or any party Bulkmunitions uses to help facilitate a transaction to a customer will not be held liable for any damages or claims from using this website or ordering any of our products. We refuse to acknowledge all and any implied or expressed warranties for any purpose, regardless of fitness or commercially acceptable quality. You further understand and agree that manufacturers hold the ultimate authority on their products, particularly when it comes to crucial safety information. Before making any purchases or using any products from BulkMunitions.com, you must review all information and safety warnings issued by product manufacturers.
By placing an order with BulkMunitions, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how any of BulkMunitions’ products are used by your or by any other party. You agree to hold harmless, release, indemnify and ultimately pay to defend our company’s employees, officers, agents, beneficiaries and owners against claims, prosecutions, damages, and any liabilities related to the products you purchase. This includes, but is not limited to storage, transportation, or use of the product or products.
If a party files a claim against BulkMunitions arising out of or relating to your purchase, use, storage, or transportation of products from BulkMunitions.com, you will pay and indemnify to defend BulkMunitions and its owners, officers, employees, or any agents against and from any civil liability or criminal prosecution.
You acknowledge and understand that BulkMunitions will not be held responsible for the content on its website, including promotional and marketing emails and how that information is perceived. You also agree to indemnify and pay to defend BulkMunitions and the company’s operatives resulting in any criminal prosecution or civil liability from your perception or use of said information.
Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Governing Law
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND BULKMUNITIONS TO BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. ARBITRATION DOES NOT INVOLVE A JUDGE OR JURY, AND YOUR RIGHTS TO APPEAL AN ARBITRATION AWARD ARE LIMITED.
For purposes of this section, “BulkMunitions,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean RBMHC Holdings LLC d/b/a BulkMunitions, together with its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns.
Small Claims Exception
Notwithstanding the arbitration requirements below, either you or BulkMunitions may bring an individual action in a court of competent small-claims jurisdiction if the claim qualifies for that court. Any such action must remain solely on an individual basis.
Virtual Expedited Arbitration
Except for claims eligible to be brought in small-claims court as provided above, any legal or equitable dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of BulkMunitions.com, your purchase or use of any product from BulkMunitions, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of these Terms, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this arbitration agreement, shall be finally resolved exclusively by binding arbitration through the platform provided by New Era ADR, Inc. at https://app.neweraadr.com/ (the “New Era Platform”) in accordance with its rules and procedures for Virtual Expedited Arbitrations by a professional Neutral with relevant experience (the “Neutral”).
The Neutral shall be chosen in accordance with the rules and procedures of the New Era Platform.
The parties will bear costs in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures of the New Era Platform, subject to applicable law and New Era ADR’s Minimum Fairness Standards for consumer arbitrations. The prevailing party may be entitled to reimbursement of its reasonable expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other expenses incurred in connection with the arbitration, at the Neutral’s discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
A party may initiate arbitration through New Era ADR at https://app.neweraadr.com/. The contact information for BulkMunitions for purposes of initiating a dispute is sales@bulkmunitions.com. The customer’s contact information shall be the last known email address provided by the customer to BulkMunitions.
Additional information concerning New Era ADR’s Virtual Expedited Arbitration process is available through New Era ADR’s Virtual Arbitration Help Center at https://help.neweraadr.com/en/collections/3597034-expedited-virtual-arbitrations. Support regarding the initiation of a dispute may be obtained from New Era ADR at support@neweraadr.com.
Arbitrability
Any question or matter concerning the arbitrability of a dispute shall be determined exclusively by the Neutral assigned to or chosen for the dispute from the New Era ADR, Inc. panel of Neutrals.
For clarity, this includes any determination regarding: (1) the enforceability, validity, interpretation, or applicability of all or any portion of these Terms or this arbitration agreement, including any claim that any provision is void or voidable; and (2) whether a particular dispute or claim is subject to arbitration.
Except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise, the parties agree that these questions shall be determined solely by the Neutral provided by New Era ADR, Inc. and not by a court of law or other judicial forum. The parties acknowledge that they are waiving their right to seek a determination of arbitrability in a court of law or other judicial forum to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Injunctive Relief
The parties agree that New Era ADR, Inc. and its associated Neutral have the power and authority to award any remedy or relief available under applicable law, including injunctive relief such as temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and permanent injunctions, when warranted by the facts and circumstances of the case.
A party seeking injunctive relief must demonstrate that the applicable legal standard for such relief has been satisfied. Nothing in these Terms eliminates or reduces that requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the parties agree that requests for injunctive relief relating to a dispute subject to arbitration shall be determined by the Neutral rather than by a court, except where applicable law requires or permits a court to provide relief that cannot validly be waived by agreement.
Class Action and Representative Action Waiver
YOU AND BULKMUNITIONS AGREE THAT ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE BASIS.
Neither you nor BulkMunitions may bring or participate in any claim as a plaintiff, claimant, class member, or representative in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding against the other.
The Neutral may award relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that individual party’s claim. The Neutral shall not have authority to conduct a class arbitration or to combine or consolidate the claims of different individuals into a single proceeding except to the extent expressly required by applicable law or permitted under New Era ADR’s rules without converting the individual claims into a class, collective, or representative action.
The parties knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to have a dispute heard or resolved as a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Waiver of Jury Trial
TO THE EXTENT A DISPUTE IS SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION UNDER THESE TERMS, YOU AND BULKMUNITIONS EACH KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THAT DISPUTE DECIDED BY A JUDGE OR JURY IN COURT.
Governing Law
The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16, shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provisions contained in these Terms.
Except with respect to matters governed by the Federal Arbitration Act or other applicable federal law, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, BulkMunitions.com, or a transaction with BulkMunitions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Venue for Permitted Court Proceedings
To the extent that a dispute or proceeding is permitted to be brought in court notwithstanding the arbitration provisions above, including an action to confirm, enforce, modify, or vacate an arbitration award as permitted by applicable law, you and BulkMunitions consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the applicable state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
This venue provision does not prevent an eligible individual small-claims action from being filed in another court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by the Small Claims Exception above.
Telephone Calls, Privacy, and Email
As you order from our site, you are authorizing us to monitor and record all telephone calls with our agents and other representatives.
Once you share your email with us on our website, you are furthermore agreeing to add that particular email to our mailing list, should you not opt-out of being added to our list. Being added to our mailing list entails the user to infrequent weekly promotions, more frequent newsletters for discounted pricing, as well as other announcements that are pertinent to our business model and other acceptable processes.
If you opt out of these promotions, you will still receive transactional emails, such as compliance, order confirmation, as well as shipping confirmation emails.
At BulkMunitions, we will never sell, loan, or rent any personal information to a third party unless we are legally required or you allow us that permission. However, we will use your information to complete orders and to serve you better as a customer. This information can also be used to infrequently inform you of any specials or send you a follow-up email at the end of a purchase.
We will use digital analytics to enhance your experience. Digital analytics uses both first and third-party cookies to identify a user in an attempt to collect data as to how the visitor uses our website. These cookies are limited to our particular website. We only use this data to understand how to improve the overall experience on our website. The only data collected are things like the browser used to visit, age data, interests, gender, and geographical data.
If you do not want us to collect this data, you can opt-out by changing your Google Ad Preferences or installing an add-on called Google Opt-Out on the browser of your choosing. If you do not opt-out, you also agree to the use of this data as well as Google’s Ad Preferences Terms.

Tax Notification
Residents of California or New York who use a dealer to transfer shipments may have their sales tax collected by the dealer when the products are transferred.
