My tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
If your tracking information says “Delivered” but you have not received the package, we recommend first checking around your property and with any neighbors, as carriers sometimes leave packages in unexpected locations.
Occasionally, a carrier will mark a package as delivered a few hours before it actually arrives. If the package still doesn’t appear within 24 hours, please contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the delivery, and then let us know if we can be of further assistance.
