Most bulk 9mm is full metal jacket, but some shooters want an affordable hollow point they can buy by the case. This listing is PMC Bronze 9mm Luger 115 grain jacketed hollow point ammo, MPN 9B, sold as a 1,000 round case.
PMC rates this load at 1,160 fps with 344 ft-lbs of muzzle energy. The 115 grain JHP bullet has an open hollow point cavity that is designed to expand on impact, which gives it more terminal effect than an FMJ. Because it is priced closer to range ammo than to premium defensive loads, shooters use it to confirm that their pistol feeds hollow points reliably, for practice that more closely matches a defensive load, and for informal pest control. It is a traditional cup-and-core hollow point rather than a bonded or barrier-tested duty bullet, so many carriers still choose a premium load such as Federal HST or Speer Gold Dot for daily carry.
This ammunition fits any firearm chambered in 9mm Luger, also called 9x19mm or 9mm Parabellum, including the Glock 17, 19, 43, and 48, the SIG P320 and P365, Smith and Wesson M&P9 and Shield, CZ 75 and P-10, Beretta 92, and Ruger Security-9. A common question is whether hollow points feed reliably in my pistol. Most modern 9mm pistols feed JHP without issue, but running a few boxes is the best way to confirm it in your gun. Another common question is whether this is +P. It is not. It is standard pressure ammunition.
PMC 9B is new production ammunition, not reloads, loaded in South Korea. Each round uses a reloadable brass case with a boxer primer and is non-corrosive. This case comes in factory packaging as 20 boxes of 50 rounds for a total of 1,000 rounds of 9mm 115 grain JHP. Buying by the case keeps you on one production lot.

This company is a no hassle company. You order, they communicate very well with when shipped, and verify you received in a very timely manner. The Ammo was what I expected and performs accurately. The only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5, I would like a better price, but I will be using them again and encourage you to do as well.
