9mm – 124 gr FMJ – Magtech (9B) – 1000 Rounds

Magtech 9B is the 124 grain version of Magtech’s 9mm range ammunition, a natural fit for shooters who carry 124 grain defensive loads. This listing is Magtech 9mm Luger 124 grain full metal jacket ammo, MPN 9B, sold as a 1,000 round case.

Magtech rates this load at 1,109 fps with 339 ft-lbs of muzzle energy. The 124 grain FMJ bullet is the NATO-standard 9mm weight. Compared with 115 grain ammo it moves slightly slower and many shooters feel it as a smoother push, which can help with follow-up shots during long sessions. It shares the same reliable brass cases and clean powders as the rest of the Magtech range line. A full metal jacket bullet does not expand, so this ammunition is for practice, matches, and training rather than self defense or hunting.

This ammunition fits any firearm chambered in 9mm Luger, also called 9x19mm or 9mm Parabellum, including the Glock 17, 19, 34, and 45, the SIG P320, P226, and P365, Smith and Wesson M&P9, Beretta 92 and APX, CZ 75 and Shadow 2, HK VP9, Canik TP9 series, and carbines such as the Ruger PC Carbine and SIG MPX. A common question is whether Magtech 9B is a hollow point. It is not. Magtech uses 9B for this 124 grain FMJ load, while some other brands use the same code for a hollow point, so always check the brand and bullet type when reordering. Another common question is whether this is +P. It is not. It is standard pressure ammunition.

Every round of Magtech 9B is factory new, never remanufactured, with non-corrosive Boxer priming in brass that handloaders can reuse. You get twenty 50 round boxes, or 1,000 rounds of 124 grain 9mm ball in all, from a single lot, so the last box shoots like the first.
