PMC 9H is the heaviest bullet in PMC’s Bronze 9mm range lineup, built for shooters who want a softer, push-style recoil or who carry 147 grain duty ammunition. This listing is PMC Bronze 9mm Luger 147 grain full metal jacket ammo, MPN 9H, sold as a 1,000 round case.
Heavy 147 grain 9mm loads move slower than 115 or 124 grain ammunition and are typically subsonic, which gives a recoil impulse many shooters describe as a push rather than a snap. That makes them comfortable for long range sessions, a good match for suppressed pistols and carbines, and a close stand-in for 147 grain hollow points such as Federal HST and Speer Gold Dot. Training with the same bullet weight you carry helps keep point of impact and recoil feel consistent. A full metal jacket bullet does not expand, so this ammunition is for practice and competition rather than self defense or hunting.
This ammunition fits any firearm chambered in 9mm Luger, also called 9x19mm or 9mm Parabellum, including the Glock 17, 19, 26, and 34, the SIG P320, P226, and P365, Smith and Wesson M&P9, Beretta 92 and APX, CZ 75 and P-10, HK VP9, and carbines such as the SIG MPX, CZ Scorpion, and Ruger PC Carbine. A frequent question is whether PMC 9H and PMC 9G can be mixed. They can be fired in the same pistol, but the 124 grain 9G and 147 grain 9H will often hit at slightly different heights, so confirm your sights with whichever you shoot most. Another frequent question is about pressure. PMC loads 9H to standard 9mm pressure, not +P.
PMC 9H is new production ammunition, not reloads, loaded in South Korea. Each round uses a reloadable brass case with a boxer primer and is non-corrosive. This case comes in factory packaging as 20 boxes of 50 rounds for a total of 1,000 rounds of 9mm 147 grain FMJ. Buying by the case keeps you on one production lot for consistent performance.

Use this ammo for USPSA. Great shooting ammo and have yet to have a single issue.

A little pricey but 147gr isn’t cheap anyway. Went through a lot of ammo trying to figure out what works in my finicky 1911 Colt Defender 3” 9mm. This worked perfectly so I ordered 1000 rounds. 400 rounds no issues so far.
